Emerson is offering three different levels of English classes and childcare free of charge.

Saturday Classes
Registration: September 9th
Time: 1 to 4

We will also offer one week-night tutoring/ homework session for those students wanting extra help.

If you can speak English, are patient, and if you can wear a big smile, we need you to help us with testing, teaching, assisting, tutoring, and welcoming students. If you are interested in teaching, substitute teaching or tutoring but want some training before you start, please contact Lisa Rockett at 832/386-5688 or at llrockett@yahoo.com. If we have enough interest, some teaching workshops will be provided. If you have one hour a semester or 24 hours a semester to volunteer we would love to have your help. Whatever level time commitment you can make to this project you are welcome.
