We will talk about the Dallas Morning News editorial of June 29, 2019, that says corporal punishment is going on in rural school districts of North Texas. Corporal punishment is clearly child abuse because it leaves big bruises on children. Child abuse is against the law so we are calling on law enforcement personnel such as police, constables and sheriff deputies to arrest anyone who strikes or authorizes the paddling of a child. We have many photos of the bruised bodies of children who have been abused by corporal punishment in schools.
